A postage and handling fee will apply for all products (unless pickup is nominated) and where possible we have endeavoured to keep this to a minimum.
We offer two means of delivery within Australia - via Australia Post or door-to-door courier.
On all invoices for payment, we will include both forms of delivery and the charges applicable for you to consider.
The Australia Post postage/shipping fees are for regular postage within Australia, and are based on the total weight & volume of each parcel. The Door-to-Door courier fees are based on regular courier fees within Australia and are based on the total weight & volume of each parcel.
International Shipping
We are more than happy to ship our products outside of Australia, however, you will need to contact us using sales@senoja.com.au to obtain the correct shipping & currency amounts/quotes.
Return Policy
We are happy to accept product returns within seven days of postage (14 days for International) in the case of faulty items. Contact should be made with us immediately when faulty items are received.
