We will respond to your order/email within 3 days to confirm your order and provide you with some sample proofs of your design. We will also provide you with a full quote, including postage if required, and payment options available.

As your candles are Personalised and made-to-order, we do require full payment before we can commence work on your candles. For large orders, we are more than happy to accept payment plans, please email us at sales@senoja.com.au for more details.

To ensure your Personalised Floating Candle Vases or Personalised Pillar Candles are ready in plenty of time for your special day, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed, after your design has been approved and payment received.
